1/2 cup almond, rice, or coconut milk (unsweetened)
1/4 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh) I used more
1/3 of a banana
1 tbsp. ground flaxseed or chia seeds (I used chia)
ice if desired
Blend until smooth and drink to your health!
